Designed to bring people together to sweat it on!

Zumba is a high-energy dance fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. It was created in the 1990s by Colombian dancer and choreographer Beto Pérez.

 

Zumba routines incorporate elements of salsa, merengue, reggaeton, cumbia, hip-hop, and more, and are designed to be fun and accessible for people of all fitness levels.

  • Cardiovascular workout: It helps improve endurance and burn calories.

  • Full-body movement: Engages core, arms, legs, glutes, and more.

The benefit of the class is combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility and boosted energy every time you workout.

 

​​​Our classes are held on​ Monday evenings at Modbury South Primary School Gymnasium from 7:30pm to 8:30pm.
