We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

Once the latin and world rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba fitness classes are often called ‘exercise in disguise’.

The benefit of the class is combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility and boosted energy every time you workout.

We have 2 classes that run weekly-

Monday evenings at Modbury South Primary School Gymnasium from 7:30pm to 8:30pm.

 

And Wednesday evenings at Gawler Sport and Community Centre from 6:00pm to 7:00pm.

These classes are offered to the active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.

The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion, cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and coordination.

The dance party for the young at heart!

Aqua Zumba brings a new meaning to the idea of a  workout. This class combines the Zumba rhythms and dance steps as we know, but the only difference is you are in the water. 

This class is perfect for people wanting to make a splash by adding a low- impact high energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. 

The benefits of this class is that it is less impact on your joints so you can really let loose. The water will create natural resistance, which means each step is more challenging and helps with toning your muscles. 

Known all around the world as the ‘pool party’, this class offers a fun but challenging workout for your entire body.

Perfect for our younger Zumba fans! Kids get the chance to be active and jam out to their favourite music.

The classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba choreography. We break down the steps; add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure.

The benefits are to help develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children’s lives by making fitness fun.

Classes incorporate key childhood development elements like leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination and cultural awareness.

All we need is a beat!

Created by Zumba, these classes are for ages between 0-4 years. The program combines music, dance and educational tools for 45 minutes of can’t stop, won’t stop, bonding, learning and fun. 

Give your little one a healthier, happier, more enjoyable start through weekly sessions.

We not only nurture their love of movement, but it becomes a way of development and growing through play and music. 

You can also continue the fun and learning at home with the original take home materials available to you.
