Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on!
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the latin and world rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba fitness classes are often called ‘exercise in disguise’.
The benefit of the class is combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility and boosted energy every time you workout.
These classes are run weekly at the Modbury South Primary School Gymnasium on Wednesday evenings from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
OUR FACE TO FACE CLASSES ARE BACK!
Due to the current Australian Government restrictions on limited participants in a fitness session, our Zumba classes are now to be pre booked and paid online prior to attending the class.
Although this is not a permanent move we have to keep track of our class numbers and making sure we are following the social distancing rules.
